I can not praise Miss Ching enough for the help and advice she has given me over the past year. I had an operation to insert grommets. Miss Ching explained the procedure and risk very thoroughly. Putting my mind at rest. I thoroughly trust Miss Ching, and would certainly recommend others to see her. She really is a caring person.

Miss Ching was my consultant for nasal surgery in my local hospital Trust. She was professional throughout, and listened intently as I explained my symptoms, which had been going on for a considerable amount of time. She explained the procedure including the risks thoroughly and answered my questions. I felt at ease throughout my experience and she was so kind. Miss Ching saw me in the clinic for a follow-up appointment. Again, she was very professional, listened intently, and was very pleased with the results. I am now asymptomatic which is wonderful. Its made such a difference to my overall well-being. I am extremely grateful for the care I received which was a 5star experience overall and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone requiring ENT surgery. Thank you so much. I would like to add, I am also a colleague and Miss Ching treats all of her patients in exactly the same way, when they attend surgery in the operating theatre.

I had been suffering for many weeks, with an infected ear and got no satisfactory treatment. After getting a appointment with Miss Ching, the treatment that I was given cleared my infection in just over a week. I can not thank her & praise her enough for the knowledge and professionalism in the treatment given.
